A civil rights victory

Saw this on The Volokh Conspiracy via Instapundit: "Iowa Federal Court Finds Sheriff Denied Concealed Carry Because of Applicant’s Political Activity, Orders Sheriff to Take a First Amendment Class"

This is awesome on many levels. Yay, Iowa!
